Me llegó el mismo correo hoy para subir el payment-history. Tuviste novedades de tu caso? Exactamente que tipo de statement subiste? El historial de pagos de un banco? de paypal? uno photoshopeado?elvieeejo escribió: ↑07 Nov 2022 17:17bueno, tras haber llamado a soporte me dijeron que
- el mail ese es medio "mentira" , que lo mandan con un sentido de urgencia para apurar a clientes a que suban las cosas

No me supo aclarar bien si lo que subi es correcto (porque tengo mis dudas - necesitaban un historial de pagos), y que espere a que el departamento de legales lo resuelva.
TAmbien me dijo que el perfil de "business" puede estar muchisimo tiempo "Under review" sin aprobarse, porque solo lo revisan si es necesario por algun motivo (Supongo que por eso que algunas cosas aparecen "Under Review" hace años)
Mantendré al tanto aca que sucede.
