Alguien sabe si se cobra mantenimiento de una cuenta que no registra movimientos de saldo desde el año pasado? No tengo fondos en la cuenta y no se como podrian cobrarme.
No encontre información al respecto en los términos y condiciones.

La IA dice que no, yo tenía entendido lo mismo, aunque ahora no encuentro un texto 100% claro al respecto.

Los términos y condiciones de payoneer son más que claros. Si la cuenta la tenés inactiva y no tenés saldo, significa que no recibiste pagos en los últimos 12 meses, es decir cuando vuelvas a recibir uno se te descontará del saldo la comisión que adeudas. Y ojo porque si la cuenta la tenés inactiva por mucho tiempo puede pasar que payoneer te la cierre directamente.
Esto es independiente de la comisión por tener la tarjeta física ( si es que la tenés). Los 30 usd por año de la tarjeta física se pagan siempre, no hay forma de bonificarlo.
Le consulté al soporte sobre el tema y si acumula deudas si por ejemplo uno recibe un pago dentro de unos años, y tuve una respuesta tipo template o hecha por IA.
Yo entiendo que podés dejarla en 0 sin problemas, y sólo quizás te la cierren no más.Regarding maintenance fees, keeping your account is free, and you do not need to maintain a minimum balance.
