Tengo dos preguntas:Upon review, I'm seeing that the reason why you are currently unable to use your account for your transactions is due to the security wall that we have placed. As part of our compliance with local financial regulations, we are required to gather specific information to confirm your identity, before we can continue providing our services.
To resolve the limitation in your account, please upload a copy of your proof of address and proof of identity using the link https://paypal.com/policy/hub/cip. For your reference, I have indicated below the list of documents we accept as proof of address and proof of identity.
Proof of address:
- Utility bills (phone and broadband services, health insurance, gas, water, electricity, etc.)
- Bank or credit card statements
- Any other government-issued letters or statements in your name
Proof of identity:
-Passport
-National ID card
-Driver's License
After uploading the requested documents, your account will be submitted for review automatically. You will then receive an update in the following 10 days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Thank you for reaching out to PayPal messaging and for being a valued customer. Have a wonderful day ahead. If you have no further query, you may close the conversation by selecting End Message.
